June 28, 3-5pm, Poetic Legacy hosted by Christophver R and Pat Andrus, featuring SDPA editor Adam Greenfield in person at The Senior Lounge, 1650 El Prado, Suite 105, (in the Casa Del Prado Building, next To The Reflection Pond). Poetic Legacy workshops focus on a single poet’s work, Adam Greenfield’s this time. After listening, reading, reciting… participants have 15-20 minutes to quietly write their own pieces of writing, inspired by a title, line, or just from soaking in the words heard and read. Anyone who wishes to share any or all of his or her writing, is encouraged to do so!

June 29, 3pm, San Diego Poetry Annual – Veterans Celebration and Community Open Mic. Hosted by Veterans/SDPA editors Billiekai Boughton and Jim Moreno. San Diego Writers, Ink 2730 Historic Decatur Road #204Liberty Station.
